Your privacy and the protection of your personal details (data
protection)
In our shop, your satisfaction is our priority, and part of our duty is
to protect your privacy. We use the information you provide to meet orders and
to enable you to shop more comfortably in our shop.
The personal information you provide when ordering goods (such as name,
address, payment details) are used exclusively for the purposes of executing and
handling the contract. Personal data such as your address or credit card details
are encrypted and may therefore be transmitted securely over the Internet. You
will know that you are in a secure area when you see the closed padlock symbol
on the bottom bar of your browser window.
Our goods are delivered by
Deutsche Post World Net / DHL or DPD (see also supplier/dispatch
information). This service will be informed of your data since this is
necessary for the delivery of goods..
Otherwise, your details will not
be passed on to a third party. However, we do store your details internally to
ensure that they are available in the event of repeat orders or a complaint at a
later date.
We do not use stored information for e-mail advertisements. If you would like
to be informed about our new products, please subscribe to our Newsletter
service. If, at a later date, you should wish not to receive this information
any longer, you will find a link to unsubscribe in the e-mails you receive.
Otherwise, a simple message to us will suffice, and we will remove your name
from our mailing list.
What are "Cookies"?
Cookies are small text files,
which facilitate the use of our online service. They are stored on your computer
hard disk by your browser. Of course, you do not need cookies to purchase
from our shop. However, they do enable us to provide you with functions to
make your visit smoother and to store items in your shopping cart until your
next visit. Our cookies do not contain any personal information so your privacy
is protected. Most Web browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can
