Your privacy and the protection of your personal details (data protection)

In our shop, your satisfaction is our priority, and part of our duty is to protect your privacy. We use the information you provide to meet orders and to enable you to shop more comfortably in our shop.

Our goods are delivered by Deutsche Post World Net / DHL or DPD (see also supplier/dispatch information). This service will be informed of your data since this is necessary for the delivery of goods..

Otherwise, your details will not be passed on to a third party. However, we do store your details internally to ensure that they are available in the event of repeat orders or a complaint at a later date.

We do not use stored information for e-mail advertisements. If you would like to be informed about our new products, please subscribe to our Newsletter service. If, at a later date, you should wish not to receive this information any longer, you will find a link to unsubscribe in the e-mails you receive. Otherwise, a simple message to us will suffice, and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

What are "Cookies"?
