1. Entering into Contracts

2. Right of Cancellation
The following cancellation rights apply only to private consumers, i.e. individuals who purchase goods for a purpose which can be classified as being neither commercial nor part of a self-employment business. For traders, companies and public institutions, the German Commercial Code (HGB) applies.

You have the right to cancel your contract within two weeks, in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), or simply by returning the product without having to provide a reason. The period for exercise of this right shall begin – at the earliest – with the provision of this instruction regarding the right of cancellation. In order to meet this deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the product within the two weeks. The cancellation must be sent to:

3. Consequences of cancellation
In the event of a viable cancellation, deliveries by either party must be returned and compensation provided for use of same (e.g. interest). If you are unable to return the received product and/or other delivery in total or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you will be obliged to indemnify for the loss of value involved. This does not apply to products returned, if their unsatisfactory condition is due solely to testing, of a kind you could possibly have conducted in the store.

You can avoid indemnification, if you have not used the product as an owner and have avoided anything that could affect the value of the product. Products that are ready and suitable for dispatch shall be sent/returned.

If returning an item from a shipment with a value of less than 40 Euro, you must cover the costs of returning the item when the goods delivered correspond to those ordered. In any other case, the return of goods is free of charge. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected.

For organisational reasons, we will not accept any unstamped returns. For this reason, please contact us or stamp the return appropriately..

5. Conditions of Warranty and Guarantee
Warranty rights apply as in French Law.

Any information you provide will be kept for purposes of carrying out the transaction and the continuation of customer relations. You can track the course/status of your order online (a link is provided in the relevant e-mails). We will send you an invoice on delivery of goods, No information is given to third parties, unless we are legally obliged to do so, for example for dispatch purposes.
